The staff is great. They even found my phone when I dropped it playing with the kids. 1 associate chatted with my daughter for quite a while about her day and life when she didn't have to. Great associates.

Customer service was prompt greetings from counter as soon as we walked in. Staff was always on the floor cleaning unused tables wiping down machines picking up all loose pizza trays.

Staff was great. Place was clean and I love that staff will not let you leave with a child that is not yours. My daughter was a first timer and she absolutely loved. We will definitely be back.

Employees go beyond when you need assistance, starting with the front counter cashier, cleaning tables and providing napkins utensils also at the salad bar.

Host was informative, appreciated the open tab option to add items during event. Enjoyed the chucky party time/birthday dance. Loved the fact that I could decorate table for my child with her favorite character. Appreciated the staffs help cleaning up. Easy and quick!
