Overall experience was great. Staff was attentive and engaging chuck e came out and let people in sat with us for pizza and greeted everyone. Games worked great. Food was actually delicious and we had a great time overall. Will be back and probably getting the monthly pass.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They called me the day before to verify all the details and let me ask any questions I had, which I appreciated. The set up was very nice and they told me what was going to happen throughout the party which was very helpful. I was very pleased with my experience.

The girl working as host wasn't technically a host for us but it didn't matter. She was so lovely and helpful and made sure we were taken care of and that my daughter had the most special day! It was very well organized and it was super easy to host from start to finish. I would definitely recommend hosting a party at Chuck E Cheese.

The server assigned to our party on Oct 4th was excellent. Whoever played Chuck E circulated and made sure they were available to all of the children. Food was great! All of the children had fun!

This brand is popular for birthday parties for a reason. They make the planning experience so easy. Customer service was exceptional, even with multiple parties going on, my son still felt special. Highly recommend.

There were a lot of games my 3 year old was able to play. She absolutely loved the trampoline part. Overall, her and I had a blast!

We've been fans of Chuck E. Cheese for over 20 years, and there's a reason we keep coming back! The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and incredibly kind to our family. As a mom of an autistic son, I especially appreciate the patience, understanding, and kindness they've shown him over the years. The food is always good, the atmosphere is fun, and we've made so many wonderful family memories here. Thank you for always making our family feel welcome!
