Their was an power outage 5 mins after arriving although customers weren't understanding the staff was still patient and kind and very helpful, was very satisfied with their professionalism.

Even though we didn't have a reservation to have a birthday event, we felt welcomed. The employees there were amazing, attentive and great customer service.

The workers were really nice. They had a young man there that was working really hard and really good. I was trying to find out his name but couldn't he had a fro and was tall. He was good as Chuck E actually walking around and interacting with guests. The other staff were good too. We visit this place almost every week.

The customer service was excellent! The food was hot and fresh throughout my visit which was from 11am until 4:30pm The salad bar was definitely fresh the area stayed clean
