We have the fun pass so we come sometimes twice a week. The staff recognizes me and my son and is always very friendly. They help if something happens to one of the games and Chuck E is always a good time to see come out and dance. We love coming here to kill some time and get out of the house

Staff is always super friendly. They were moving games around to get ready for new ones and everyone was still so attentive and welcoming.

The crew at altamonte were amazing, attentive, fast paced (didn't have to wait long in lines or for food). The staff was overall great.

The cashier was extremely helpful. The manager with the dark hair female is always very nice. Food came out pretty quickly tasted good and Chucky made an appearance walking around very engaging with the children.

The place has just been updated. New games and the staff was very nice

My son is 5 and he had a blast. The games were all suitable for his age and he got to see Chucke E. and take a picture. We were there on a Sunday, later in the evening so appreciated that!

The children enjoyed themselves. The location was not crowded and we were able to play the games we wanted.

We had such a fun time during our visit. My 2.5 year old had so much fun during or previous trip and asked to go back, specifically for the toddler sized basketball game. We played for an hour, had some pizza and ice cream, then we're surprised by a visit from Chuck E.!!! All in all a fun day for this mama and her baby.

My granddaughter had so much fun and she met a little friend and everybody was really nice The bouncing room was great you can sit and relax while she bounces around. She met a little friend her first time in the bouncy room and the other friend in the bouncy room the last time. And so much fun playing the games.

Chuck E Cheese is such great family fun, fast service, great safety measures, good food and overall good family time. We have made it an almost weekly ritual to go every week and spend some family time together with some family friendly competition over some games.

Very nice experience everyone loved it! The food was my favorite part the ice cream was amazing the employees they were awesome! Everything was just a great experience!
