The staff here went above and beyond at the prize station. We are regulars with a bronze pass. My daughter is saving up her tickets for a large prize. She chose to get a small lollipop while she continues to save and the staff member allowed her to have it without redeeming tickets so she can get to her goal faster.

My son had the best birthday experience. He is autistic and chooses to have his party at Chuck E Cheese every year. He turned 21 this year and we've been doing this for 8 years now at different locations each year. The Allen, Tx location is by far our favorite! It's clean, all games worked, several games to choose from and the employees are top notch.
