Communication, I knew what was going to take place because the team made it clear. It is a great place for children to enjoy themselves and no clean up after the party!

The party host and manager was great and attentive to our needs. Kept everything on schedule and made sure the kids were having a great time. When it was time for the kids to trade in their tickets for prizes, the employees were patient and was able to help everyone with ease. It went smooth and as fast as it could be. There was a prize that was no longer available and the employees were able to accommodate for the child and made them very very happy, even though it was the one she originally wanted.
