Though they were low staffed, the young gentleman at the front was the absolute best. He came over to help with the party, was super friendly and checked on us a few times. He just made the whole experience fun and stress free for us. My 6 year old had a blast and hasn't stopped talking about his party at Chuck E. Cheese.

We went for my daughters 2nd birthday she had a blast all the machines were working, staff was helpful and nice. The play area was perfect overall it was a great experience and food was very fresh and great 10 out of 10

The new Super Hero Playground for the kids is amazing! My daughter absolutely loved it! I honestly did not notice it until upon checking out and going to play games. Once my daughter seen it it was game over and the cashier had already mentioned to me that once she seen it that she would be happy to assist with getting her setup! The customer service is so great and everyone is so nice and polite!

With the new superhero playground, my son has even more fun. Coming here gets us out of the house to have fun and my son makes friends and loves the pizza.

My son really loves going here. This is the only chuck e cheese in wichita falls and we pretty much became regulars. They remember me when I walk in the staff is always so nice and helping even in frustrating situations they pretty much handle the establishment very well for it to be the only chuck e cheese here.
