This was my first visit to Chuck E. Cheese, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain how the games and payment system worked, which I really appreciated. My daughter had a great time, and I loved seeing a staff member always supervising the playground. The food was also delicious. What stood out the most was the excellent hospitality. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I look forward to visiting again!

It was a great one stop shop for everything we needed for our son's 3rd birthday party. The staff was very accommodating and all the children had a blast with the 2 hour free play cards

Everyone were so happy when Chuck E Cheese showed up. The instructions were clear. The staff werw helpful. The arcade games plus playground is the best way to keep the kids occupied in a safe environment while the parents can socialize.

Lots of characters came out and were enthusiastic. My son loves interacting with the characters. That is the main reason we visit Chuck E Cheeses. Waldorf location is the best.

We got to Chuck E Cheese on a Saturday morning when they first opened. Everything at the Waldorf location was super clean and staff were super friendly. The grandkids had a blast and were able to get on all rides, play games with no wait time. On top of that the pizza was on point. Normally not that great in the past but this visit the pizza was extremely delicious. We left not one slice. Overall a great two hour visit and will look forward to during this trip again.
