When I entered with my granddaughter, someone was there to greet me, and when I went over to pay for food, etc.Someone was there waiting for me so to me that's great service. Every game that we went to was in great working order.I don't think there was anything that was out of order.So that's a plus and the staff is so sweet with the children.And that's a huge plus

Every time we come to this location, my family is always greeted with a smile. All the employees are always asking if we're doing OK whenever we seem to be near them. The facility is always clean and we have never had a bad experience here.

We had a wonderful visit with my twin 5 year olds. We bought them a big lollipop after a few hours playing games, and when my daughters broke, staff were very friendly and kind and happily replaced it for her. Will definitely be back. Atmosphere was so inviting, and newly updated play area.

I wasn't sure when I purchased the Silver Chuck E. Cheese Monthly Fun Pass how much we would use it but we have used it a lot in the short time that I have had it. And I love saving $$$ and having quality family time, which is what we get here pretty much every time we visit. My kids grew up with Chuck E. Cheese and we had some of their birthday parties here and now I get to enjoy it with my grandkids, and we love coming here.
