The facility was very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The bathroom was also very clean and kid friendly. During prize picking, the lady at the counter did a good job helping the kids get the prizes they wanted quickly.

The kids had a blast. It was exactly what I needed it to be for my girls 5th bday. They could run and have fun without stressing. Lots of entertainment for the full two hours.
