All of the staff were so friendly, every table was cleaned quickly and even staff were walking around the games as well.

I absolutely love this location (North Richland Hills) Staff is always super nice, Never had an unprofessional experience! There is always an employee cleaning and disinfecting the area. I love how Chuck E makes an appearance at specific timeframe and interacts with all the kids equally. Lastly, Pizza is always perfect!

Our attendant was on top of everything the entire time, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get everything done within the timeframe. Our table was set up nicely and we had everything we needed. She understood my needs with my autistic daughter and accommodated as much as she was allowed. I definitely have decided to do all my kids parties with them for the next several years.

We celebrated my Grandson's 3rd birthday and he had a blast. The hostess was very attentive and we did not have to worry about cleaning up. We got to enjoy our time together and celebrate my grandsons birthday
