I received a call before the party and e-mail to review everything the night before, which helped me know what to expect. The host greeted me, explained how things would unfold, and gave clear instructions for the day. All of the kids had a fun time, and the place was clean, engaging, and well-organized. Would have it again next year if my child wishes!

Came from out of town to have a Chuck E. Cheese birthday party for our granddaughter because it's one of her favorite places. The kids had a great time.

Clean facility. Friendly workers. I took my great nephews to Chuck E. Cheese's to play games. There were so many games to play for their ages. It was a great experience.
