What do guests say about cleanliness and safety?

I used to work here in 2002 in Massachusetts and I remember how fresh the food was and how clean they made sure the place was. I work at ritz Carlton and we are just as clean there. This place is the same in Jacksonville fl 24 years later. I am so impressed. You would expect it to be dirty with all the kids running around it's not. The pizza is better then any pizza place I go to. I look forward to coming here.

My grandson really enjoys himself every time. This time my mom and 2 nieces also went. They really enjoyed themselves as well. Me and my mom even played games. We have the silver membership so we go often.
