Everything went smoothly, food was tasty, and everyone had fun! I felt the most at ease hosting an event here than any other place. The staff was friendly and the environment was perfect!

What do guests say about birthday parties here?

None of my son's friends were able to make it to the party, so it was just four of us (him, his sister, me and dad), but the staff were still super supportive. Ahead of the party, I was talked through my options over the phone, and we decided to downgrade to the most basic party. Day of, the staff still pulled out all the stops and gave off energy like it was a 10 kid party, even with it just being 2 kids. And later when we went to redeem tickets, my son wanted one of each color of one of the smaller toys, and the woman helping us gave us discount on the tickets needed. This was a wonderful experience that I will remember for future birthday parties or if my parent friends are looking for recommendations. Thank you for making his day special!

We were very pleased with the package we purchased. The host was very attentive. Everything was taken care of. The kids all could just have fun, while the parents hung out or played with them. I enjoyed not having to worry about anything at all. I would definitely recommend having a party here. Especially if your kid likes to play games.

We had a great time and birthday boy was able to earn a top gift with his tickets. Staff was very patient with us, as we had some last minute changes to arrivals and pizza and such. Everyone was happy.

Her party and experience was exceptional from the start as she ran right in but the best order was the sensory sensitive Sunday. What really helped is that it was pretty empty so my daughter could freely be herself, run around and live it up! Those that were there were also there for sensory time so everyone understood and got it. If you have a child with Autism or other special needs I HIGHLY recommend their SENSORY SENSITIVE SUNDAY'S and/or the birthday parties on these days. My daughter cannot enjoy the venue without this remarkable sensory time. I can't thank you all enough. You made her month!!
