The staff is excellent, patient and friendly. One thing I find very important that I didn't even know was important until I seen them doing. It was how they're constantly wiping down and cleaning the machines.

We had a great experience because the people working took extra care of us and even kept a wonderful attitude when we accidentally spilled a drink. They cleaned it up and was so polite and nice the whole time. They explained the upgrades to me and was patient with my questions. Overall really good experience. Not pushy with upselling, but still wanted us to get a better deal. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Greensburg. It was quiet there not a lot of people that children got to play all the machines that they wanted to play. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the evening tremendously.

Party was highly organized, the hostess was amazing in communicating what would be happening at what time, she was excellent in working with the kids and also the parents. She is made for this job. It is quite apparent how much she enjoys what she does!

My children and I went to a movie for my birthday and brought a few friends. After the movie, we made an impromptu visit to our Chuck E Cheese and had the best time! We had pizza, apps, treats, and I got a Hello Kitty cake. The kids had a blast playing games and us parents even got some skeeball in! It made this mom's 45th birthday a super special one!

We had our daughter's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of, which made the day so much less stressful for our family. Our hostess was absolutely wonderful. She always made sure we had everything we needed. She kept everything on schedule and let us focus on the party and having fun. The kids had an amazing time, and we are so thankful for all of her hard work. She truly made the party special, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend having a party at Chuck E. Cheese.

The woman working was so kind and helpful! My son is non verbal autistic and she was so kind and patient with him, she showed him prize options and let him look at his options. She was very helpful and professional. She was working register, prizes, check in and making food. She is a hard worker!
