We've never been to a Chuck E. Cheese location, and yesterday was our first visit! We were traveling from Stevens Point toward home in Door County on my son's birthday, so we said let's check it out! It was a FANTASTIC experience! Great customer service from beginning to end! Both of my sons, 9 and 12, said they had a great time and can't wait for another visit! The facility was clean, the food was way better than I expected, and the ticket prizes were fairly priced. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful! The kids had the best day, the staff were attentive and friendly, and I didn't have to prepare or cook anything! The kids laughed, danced, and played. It was just a great party! Highly recommend.

The birthday party overall was really great and we will likely come back for another one. Everyone was very accommodating and explained things well. It is wonderful to be able to book a party and not have to worry about anything associated with it. I'm not a party planner and they made it really great.

The entire team at the Lombardi site were so nice attentive kind patient amidst kus chaos they made sure we had a wonderful birthday party. From the manager to the cooks in the kitchen everyone was outstanding for customer service we will be a returning customer because of our experience. This was our first birthday party ever at chuck e cheese and it was memorable
