My 3 year old baby girl had a meltdown just being over stimulated etc but the staff came to our rescue, helped calm my daughter down and even added a few minutes of extra play time for her since she cried through her last 10 minutes of play time. The staff was amazing:)

The staff were pleasant and courteous since it was my first time taking kiddos to a Chuck E Cheese. They answered all of our questions and sanitized the games frequently. Chuck E even came out and gave some high-fives. I was surprised that it didn't feel crowded even though there were multiple parties going on during our 2 visits within 1 day!

Friendly staff and even chuck said hi to my son. My son didn't have to chase him around instead he or she was saying hi to the kids. Also pizza came fast to the table. Place was clean.

Genuinely I thought we weren't going to have a good experience due to things declining as time is changing. Our experience at this particular location was beyond exceptional; from the staff, the food, the attractions, prices and I can't forget how clean the restroom was. My group left happy and are still talking about it today.

Everything was so easy. It was all set up when we got there and everything we needed was in a bag together. We didnt have a party host because we had the fun package, but there were still people around to help and answer questions.

My child is on the spectrum, and the patience and dedication your staff shows is outstanding. It can be very trifficult at times but your staff never made me feel like I was a burden or my child was too much. So incredibly thankful!
