No complaints. I like the security. My great granddaughter and I went to celebrate her 8th Birthday. It was a fun day for her as she had never been to Chuck E Cheese. I enjoyed watching her run from game to game. Chuck E Cheese came out and gave her a hug. She said "oh I thought he was taller than that. E made some good memories and I'm sure we'll be back.

The server was so nice and the staff were very welcoming. It made it such an easy experience for my son's birthday party. Everything was done for us so our kids can just enjoy the entire party without the parents needing to do anything.

Our daughter had such a fantastic time, and so did all 13 of her friends! They absolutely loved being able to play as many games as they wanted for two whole hours. It was a good thing we didn't get a food package, because they were so into playing that they didn't even care about cake! They just wanted to play until their time ran out!

Service, assistance with helping with the party, staff helped with set up, clean up of area. Everyone was very friendly and made sure everything was correct, even double checking before the party began.

Everything was set up nicely before our arrival. Our party host was wonderful and very attentive! Our host called prior to the party to finalize our plans and food orders so that was one less thing to worry about on party day. The food was great and I loved how effortless everything was from planning to partying.

Fantastic party from start to finish! Great staff, delicious pizza, plenty of games, and lots of smiles. The team kept everything running smoothly so we could focus on making memories. A wonderful birthday celebration! Highly Recommend!!!

I brought my 10 year old granddaughter and we spent an hour playing games (some together), and enjoyed a pizza and drinks. There is such a wide variety of games to play.

Everything is great, from games to food. Security is good and the kids just love this place. Hard to get them out! I actually like the pizza too!
