The staff member when we arrived was very helpful and explained all the options for play and packages thoroughly and was very patient as we decided what was best for our family

We love CEC willowbrook location! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. All the games work, nothing is broken. If there is a broken game, they are quick to fix it and get it working again.

From the host to the games and entertainment, everything was fantastic. My daughter and our entire family enjoyed the experience. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to host a special event, and we definitely plan to celebrate another birthday party here in the future!

I am a grandma that has custody of five of my grandchildren and I just wanted my grandson to have a good time for his birthday regardless of what they are going through. Needless to say that we are so elated that we chose this location to host the party. Everything was great and I was so glad all my grandchildren and our guest had an amazing time.

kids had fun, seemed like all games were up and running, food was good, wait wasn't bad to get in, employees are friendly and helpful. Chuck e came out a few times and was great with kids. Building was clean and maintained. Just overall it was a great experience my kids really enjoyed themselves.

We like the newly added play area. My son is 2, and not all the games he plays grab his attention, but he loves to run and jump.
