I rate this experience very high on the chart for my son's first birthday. I wouldn't have been at another place. Entertainment was their food was incredible. The staff out of this world cleanliness all around and just a good time for adults children and everybody the family.

Exceptional customer service. Someone took the napkin dispenser from the pick up window but 2 staff members were able to assist me by getting a replacement dispenser and locating and retriving the missing dispenser.

Staff was so nice and understanding. Staff kept checking on us and explain everything that was gonna happen. The food came out fast and it's taste amazing. The kids enjoyed themselves that's all that matters to me

My son's smile makes it all worth coming back here. Everyone here is extremely nice. There's enough games for everyone to play. My son loves the adventure zone. He can jump on that for hours.

We were greeted when walked up to check in for our birthday party. We also arrived early since this was my husband and I first time having party at Chuck E. Cheese. The manager was very nice and accommodating to us. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend or have other party at Elk Grove Chuck E. Cheese.

Everything was just as expected, my kids had a great time and the food was delicious. Of all the Chuck E Cheese's I've been to, this is my absolute favorite one because the location is excellent and parking is never an issue. The bathrooms are always clean and they are prompt to clear tables for new visitors. The games are usually functional and the food is always good, my kids love to eat there and it's hard to get them to eat anything!
