Host made sure to party was fun and upbeat at all times. He asked if we needed different things, like cups, plates, etc. He asked did we need any orders so we didn't have to go to the register until it was time to pay and the end. Things were well organized in a timely manner so we had time to do any and everything.

The manager and party host were attentive to our needs and came to check in on how the party was going during our celebration. The party host provided us with plenty of reminders of the schedule such as when they would sing happy birthday, when the food and ice cream would come out and asked if we needed more items. Everyone enjoyed their time. My daughter enjoyed her birthday party and we felt great about the service and party package.

Staff was amazing & very helpful. Very attentive to all of my child's needs. Bathrooms were very clean & food was very good. Will definitely be coming again:)

Chuck and cheese at Bronx terminal has always been my community to go place, the atmosphere is great and the staff is very Helpfully. The food is great I alway order pizza and wings. And, the playground is the biggest amount chuck and cheeses that I had visited so far. I love the experiences the bathrooms are clean and overall it makes my family experiences unforgettable every time.

This was my sons first time visiting Chuckee Cheese ever and he had an absolutely amazing time. My son has autism and is non-verbal and I felt super comfortable and safe letting him play independently. The employees were very kind and helpful all throughout our visit. They interacted very kindly and with compassion to ALL patrons. They were very accommodating when I needed to enter the adventure area with my son to adjust his clothing. My son loved the screens with the music and the interactive dance floor was awesome!
