Kid Check & Entry Policies
Chuck E. Cheese uses a Kid Check safety system. Everyone in a group receives a matching stamp on arrival, and stamps are verified before anyone can leave. All guests who come in together leave together.

Rules & Dress Code
Grip socks are required for the Chuck E. Cheese Trampoline Zone and are available for purchase at the fun center. Regular arcade areas do not require socks. You may bring your own grip socks from home.

For a safety emergency at Chuck E. Cheese, call 911 immediately. For any safety concern or injury, notify the on-site manager to file an incident report. Post-visit issues can be reported to Guest Relations at chuckecheese.com.

Chuck E. Cheese appears at fun center locations to interact with guests, dance, and celebrate birthdays during the live birthday show. Kids can enjoy hugs, high-fives, and photos with Chuck E. Appearance times vary by location.
