Chuck E. Cheese is proud to support the community, giving back over $16 million since launching our Fundraising Program in 2004. Schools and non-profit organizations receive a 20% donation on all sales made at their Fundraiser event, including food, drinks and gameplay when dining in, plus carryout and delivery orders.
Tips for a successful Fundraiser Night:
Announce your Fundraiser Night date, time, and Chuck E. Cheese location during faculty meetings, assemblies and PTO events. You can also promote your event on organization social media pages and newsletters
Share the Chuck E. Fundraising Promo Video found at the link below, in meetings or during assemblies ahead of the event to get kids excited
Download and print promotional fundraiser flyers at the links below, and pack and send these home with kids throughout the week of your event. Parents should bring these flyers to your Fundraiser event to redeem them for 10 Free Play Points, and get extra savings during their visit
You can also pass these out to group leaders and volunteers, and post these around your office
