Turn mealtime into playtime! Team up with Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate healthy habits. If your little one can conquer the “Good Eater” challenge for 14 days, they’ll be rewarded with more than just a strong body—they’ll get 10 Free Play Points for their next adventure!
It’s simple, visual, and (hopefully) tantrum-free:
Print Your Tracker: Keep the “Good Eater Calendar” somewhere visible, like the fridge.
Define a “Good Eater”: Before you start, decide what a “win” looks like for your child. Is it trying three bites of a new vegetable? Finishing their protein? Clearing the plate?
Check the Box: Each day they meet the goal, let them check off the day on the calendar. (There’s something oddly satisfying about checking boxes, even for us adults!)
Go for 14: Once you’ve hit two full weeks of healthy eating, you’ve got a winner!
🏆 The Big Reward
Once the calendar is full, head over to your local Chuck E. Cheese. Present your completed certificate at checkout with any food purchase to redeem your 10 Free Play Points.
Use the “Play Points” as a goal for a specific game they’ve been wanting to master. It keeps the motivation high all week long!
Success Strategies for Parents
The “One Bite” Rule: Encourage them to try everything once. You’d be surprised how quickly “yuck” turns into “more, please.”
Let Them Lead: Let your child pick the “vegetable of the week” at the grocery store. If they picked it, they’re more likely to eat it.
Keep it Positive: Focus on what they did eat rather than what they didn’t.
📜 The Fine Print (The Boring Stuff)
Offer expires 12/31/26.
Limit 1 certificate per child, per day.
