Steam Education Programs in Bell

STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. It’s a hands-on learning approach that helps kids think critically, solve problems creatively, and explore the world through fun, interactive experiences. 

Chuck E.’s STEAM-tastic Adventure is a one-of-a-kind educational program designed for kindergarten through 5th grade students. It’s an interactive way for kids to step outside the classroom and learn at Chuck E. Cheese while having fun!  

Teachers and Group Leaders are equipped with pre-visit activities and a learning guide for their field trip. When students arrive, they’ll complete the curriculum through worksheets, videos and hands-on learning. In between learning, students will also enjoy pizza and play games.  

Group Events are intended for children’s sports teams, summer camps, youth groups, and other organizations. It’s the perfect outing for team building, end of season parties, and other organizational gatherings where an education component isn’t required.  

Chuck E.’s STEAM-tastic Adventure includes the educational component, in addition to food and fun, providing STEM.org accredited educational materials for students by grade level. It’s designed for students to have fun and learn outside of the classroom.

The Chuck E.’s STEAM-tastic Adventure is designed specifically to assist in the learning of students at schools and related organizations and is not available to be booked by individuals or other organizations at this time. Teachers and school administrators can plan this educational (and super fun!) field trip for their students. 

Each group of students will follow a different STEAM-based curriculum, based on their grade level.

• Kindergarten and First Grade: Pushes and Pulls 

• Second and Third Grade: Potential and Kinetic Energy 

• Fourth and Fifth Grade: Game Strategy & Problem Solving 

With Chuck E. as their guide, students will have a blast learning these fun and engaging concepts!  

Not at this time. Each lesson is designed specifically for a certain grade level, so classes will follow the curriculum that best matches their in-school learning. 

For example, first graders will explore Pushes and Pulls, which aligns with their in-school curriculum, but they wouldn’t receive the fourth and fifth-grade lesson on Game Strategy and Problem-Solving. 

Teachers receive accredited educational materials from STEM.org, along with detailed teacher guides, a pre-visit activity lesson to prepare them for their visit and worksheets to help students follow along during the experience.

To maximize educational and playtime, and minimize wait times, prizes are replaced with pre-filled goodie bags during STEAM events. With large groups, waiting in line for prizes could take up to an hour – time that could be spent playing and learning! But don’t worry, students still get a ticket voucher to redeem their E-Tickets on a future visit.

Chuck E.’s STEAM-tastic Adventure may be booked 12 months out and up to 48 hours in advance of your event date. Advanced booking requirements may vary by location and change at any time. 

Students will engage in hands-on activities, watch educational videos, complete worksheets, and enjoy interactive experiences that reinforce STEAM concepts. Students will also have time to play games and eat pizza during their visit.  

Chuck E. Cheese prioritizes safety with our Kid Check© system. Each child will receive an invisible hand stamp upon entry, that matches their organization leader or teacher. Before leaving, both the child and teacher will show this stamp to a Cast Member before leaving (as will everyone entering and leaving Chuck E. Cheese). This ensures that everybody who comes together, leaves together! Schools may also bring chaperones to assist with supervision in the game room and other play areas.
