ELIGIBILITY

 The Chuck E. Cheese “Summer Concert Tour KIDZ BOP Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 years or older in AL, DE and NE, 21 years or older in MS) at time of entry. Must be present to win. Officers, directors, and employees (and members of their immediate family, IRS dependents, and household members, whether legally related or not) of Administrator, and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Administrator will disqualify any Entry (as defined below) from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Children under 13 will not be allowed to provide any Personal Information, and the Administrator will also discard any Entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with relevant laws, rules and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that if you are selected as a potential winner and fail to provide the requested information, are found to have violated these Official Rules, or otherwise do not meet eligibility criteria, the Prize (as hereinafter defined) will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. 

SUMMER CONCERTS 

Administrator will hold Summer Concerts featuring Chuck E. Cheese and friends in:

 • Chicago, Illinois (Navy Pier) on June 4, 2022 (“Chicago Summer Concert”);

 • Santa Monica, California (Santa Monica Pier) on June 18, 2022 (“Santa Monica Summer Concert”); and

 • Fort Worth, Texas (Trinity Park) on July 2, 2022 (“Fort Worth Summer Concert”); 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD 

There are two separate sweepstakes periods for each Summer Concert (all times listed below are local time where the respective Summer Concert is held). 

Chicago Summer Concert 

• The first sweepstakes period for the Chicago Summer Concert begins on June 4, 2022 at 10:00 am and ends at 11:30 am on June 4, 2022 (“First Chicago Summer Concert Period”). 

• The second sweepstakes period for the Chicago Summer Concert begins on June 4, 2022 at 12:00 pm and ends at1:30 pm on June 4, 2022 (“Second Chicago Summer Concert Period”). 

Santa Monica Summer Concert 

• The first sweepstakes period for the Santa Monica Summer Concert begins on June 18, 2022 at 10:00 am and ends at 11:30 am on June 18, 2022 (“First Santa Monica Summer Concert Period”).

 • The second sweepstakes period for the Santa Monica Summer Concert begins on June 18, 2022 at 12:00 pm and ends at 1:30 pm on June 18, 2022 (“Second Santa Monica Summer Concert Period”). 

Fort Worth Summer Concert 

• The sweepstakes period for the Fort Worth Summer Concert begins on July 2, 2022 at 10:00 am and ends at 11:30 am on July 2, 2022 (“First Fort Worth Summer Concert Period”). • The second sweepstakes period for the Fort Worth Summer Concert begins on July 2, 2022 at 12:00 pm and ends at 1:30 pm on July 2, 2022 (“Second Fort Worth Summer Concert Period”). 

DRAWING DATES AND TIMES

 • Two drawingsfor the Chicago Summer Concert Period will occur on June 4, 2022 (“Chicago Drawing Date”) – one at 11:40 am and the final drawing at 1:40 pm (“Chicago Drawing Times”). 

• Two drawings for the Santa Monica Summer Concert Period will occur on June 18, 2022 (“Santa Monica Drawing Date”) – one at 11:40 am and the final drawing at 1:40 pm (“Santa Monica Drawing Times”). 

• Two drawings for the Fort Worth Summer Concert Period will occur on July 2, 2022 (“Fort Worth Drawing Date”) – one at 11:40 am and the final drawing at 1:40 pm (“Fort Worth Drawing Times”). 

OFFICIAL TIME

 The Official Time shall be determined in accordance with the time displayed on Administrator’s computer systems at each respective Summer Concert location. 

ENTRY LIMIT

You may only enter once. Only one winner per household will be eligible to win a Prize. 

YOUR ENTRY

 You can enter this Sweepstakes by attending one of the Summer Concerts, completing an entry form (providing your full name and email address) and submitting the entry form to our attendant located at the Merch Tent. By entering you are also agreeing to join the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards program. More details concerning the Rewards program can be found on our website at https://www.chuckecheese.com/terms-conditions/.

 You must be a legal resident of the United States of America 18 years or older (19 years or older in AL, DE and NE, 21 years or older in MS) to participate. All Entries must be submitted with the full consent and knowledge of those included in the Entry. You grant the Administrator the right to use the name you submit in connection with such Entry, if they so choose. 

Only one entry per person is permitted. All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be returned. Each entry has an equal chance to win. Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, garbled, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction. All entries received that are duplicate, mutilated, tampered with, incorrect, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of an entrant who submitted an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used for the entry at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Administrator with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the website or the entry process.

PRIZES 

A total of 24 KIDZ BOP Concert Tickets prizes are available (TOTAL ARV: $1,080.00). Each Prize Winner will receive four (4) KIDZ BOP Concert Tickets (ARV: $180.00) to a KIDZ BOP Concert in accordance with the schedule below.  

Summer ConcertSummer Concert Prize to Be Awarded
Chicago Summer ConcertSubject to determination of eligibility, the Prize Winners drawn at the Chicago Summer Concert will receive four (4) tickets to the KIDZ BOP Concert scheduled to occur on July 31, 2022 in Tinley Park, Illinois at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater.
Santa Monica Summer ConcertSubject to determination of eligibility, the Prize Winners drawn at the Santa Monica Summer Concert will receive four (4) tickets to the KIDZ BOP Concert scheduled to occur on August 31, 2022 in Los Angeles, California at the Hollywood Bowl.
Fort Worth Summer ConcertSubject to determination of eligibility, the Prize Winners drawn at the Fort Worth Summer Concert will receive four (4) tickets to the KIDZ BOP Concert scheduled to occur on August 24, 2022 in Irving, Texas at the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory.

The Prizes are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. 

SELECTION OF WINNER AND AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

 Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received. On each respective Drawing Date, two (2) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible Entries submitted during each respective Concert Period (each a “Prize Winner”). Each potential prize winner’s name will be called out on the respective Drawing Date at the respective Drawing Time. If a potential prize winner’s name is drawn but they are not present at the time of drawing, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining eligible Entries. KIDZ BOP Concert Tickets will be left at each venue box office, under the winner’s name. Winner must show a valid form of ID at the box office matching the Prize Winners name in order to receive entry. 

If required by law, Administrator reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any taxes due. The Prize is subject to the Administrator’s standard terms and conditions and gift card terms and conditions. Administrator is not, and cannot be held, liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or Sweepstakes information. Administrator is not responsible for any technological malfunction, or human error relating to the Sweepstakes. Each Prize Winner must present a valid photo-ID and a signed W-9 form 

Only one (1) winner per household. 

All decisions are final and binding in all respects.

 Administrator reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes does not comply with these official rules or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Sweepstakes. The decisions of the Administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation of these rules. 

There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of the Administrator. The Administrator has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No sale, transfer or assignment of any prize is allowed. The Administrator is not liable if the provider of any part of a prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. 

PUBLICITY

 Your entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Administrator’s use of your name, likeness, video, voice, statements, Entry, opinions and/or hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without remuneration for said use.

 CAUTION 

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION AND MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINITRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

Administrator reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to terminate the Sweepstakes at any time. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal laws. All Entries become the property of Administrator who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected Entries or for any failure of the App or the website during the Sweepstakes Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, mobile device, software, failure of any Entry to be received by Administrator on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading, running, or playing any material related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement or awarding of the Prizes. 

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION 

By entering, you agree to fully release and discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, licensees, affiliates (“Released Parties”) and each of the Released Parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from your participation, or attempted participation, in the Sweepstakes or of your acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, including liability for personal injury or death.

 TRAVEL

 Travel expenses, including but not limited to, fuel costs, lodging, airfare, air taxes and ground transportation are not included and are the responsibility of the Prize Winner. 

TAXES

 Prize Winners claiming any prize are solely responsible for any and all local, county, state and federal taxes associated with acceptance of any prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes you agree that: any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) you may have against the Administrator arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with the Sweepstakes, the awarding or redemption of prizes, or the determination of the scope, enforceability or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding confidential arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator admitted to practice law for at least fifteen (15) years pursuant to the applicable Rules and Procedures established by AAA. Any arbitration hearing will be conducted in Dallas, Texas, or another location agreed to by the parties and reasonably convenient for Participant. NO PARTY WILL BE ENTITLED TO A TRIAL BY JURY. NO PARTY IS ENTITLED TO BRING CLAIMS, NOR SHALL ANY CLAIMS BE HEARD, ON A CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR OTHER JOINT BASIS, AND THE ARBITRATOR CAN DECIDE ONLY PARTICIPANT’S OR ADMINISTRATOR’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS. IN NO EVENT MAY THE ARBITRATOR CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF ANY PERSON OR PARTY, WHETHER OR NOT ON THE BASIS THAT THEY ARE SIMILARLY SITUATED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR AND HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES.

 PRIVACY 

Any personally identifiable information collected during a participant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Administrator or their respective agent and used by Administrator, orits respective affiliates, agents and marketers solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweeptstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Administrator’s Privacy Policy as stated under “Information Collection and Use” at http://chuckecheese.com/terms-and-privacy. You may choose to stop receiving our marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails.
