Since first opening our doors in July 2003, our Jackson location has been honored to be part of your birthdays, milestones, and family traditions. From first visits full of wonder to over two decades of parties and laughter—whether enjoying our classic animatronic shows or our modern games—the heart of this store has always been the families who filled it with joy.
It’s not easy to say goodbye.
We want to let you know that our Jackson Chuck E. Cheese is closing effective today, November 23, 2025. We know this news will disappoint many longtime guests, and we want to thank you sincerely for your support and loyalty throughout the years.
Please note that while we are closing this location, we hope to return to Jackson soon.

All active Fun Pass and Monthly Memberships at the Jackson location have been cancelled effective November 23, 2025.
