  • If you buy a Summer Fun Pass on our website or through the mobile app, your Pass perks will be added to your Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account within a few hours of purchase. Access your mobile app or provide your phone number in-store to look up and redeem.
  • If you purchase your Summer Fun Pass in-store, you will receive your initial perks immediately, including your play card, e-tickets, one-time pizza and drinks and any welcome gifts. All other perks will be added to your Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account for future use through the Chuck E. Cheese App. 
  • The best place to buy your Summer Fun Pass is the Chuck E. Cheese App. The App is available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  • You can also purchase the Summer Fun Pass on our website between 11am-8pm daily. Just follow these simple steps:
    1. Go to chuckecheese.com/summer and click “Buy Now”
    2. Select “Pick-up” and choose your favorite Chuck E. Cheese location. Choose the earliest pickup time available so your benefits are in your account quickly and ready to be used. (Note: Actual pick-up at this location is NOT required!)
    3. Click on Summer Fun Pass #1 to customize up to 6 Passes.
    4. Add Additional Play Cards to Pass #1 (up to 3 if desired) and click “Add Item”.

Yes, but this is only available with a purchase in-store. To fully access all of your Summer Fun Pass benefits you must create an account. Be sure to keep your receipt from purchase and download the Chuck E. Cheese app to create a new account and register your purchase.

If you purchase your Summer Fun Pass in-store you will immediately receive all your initial items. This includes you first allotment of weekly Play Time & e-Tickets, pizza & drink package, and welcome gifts (Silver & Gold only). This applies to all quantities of Summer Fun Passes that are purchased.

Yes, weekly play time will expire at the end of the day it is issued and begins with the first tap of your card on a game. Weekly play time rewards expire the following Sunday after it is issued (at end of day) and cannot be transferred or carried over to the following week.

Yes, weekly e-Tickets can be saved each week, but you will need to redeem them each week in-store to add them to your Play Pass before expiration. If not redeemed, this offer will expire end of day Sunday each week. (If you need a replacement Play Pass card, we cannot not guarantee e-Tickets can be re-issued, and card may cost extra).

No, each Summer Fun Pass is linked to your personal Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account. If additional play time and/or benefits are desired, you will need to purchase additional Passes or add-on Additional Play Cards. But, don’t forget that Silver & Gold Summer Pass Members receive a one-time “Bring A Friend” Play Card!

This perk is available for Silver and Gold Pass Members only. On 1st Fridays in June, July and August (June 4th, July 2nd and August 6th) Chuck E. Cheese will open 30-minutes prior to normal business hours for Pass Members only.

Additional Play Cards are available only at the time of Summer Fun Pass purchase and does not include any additional Summer Pass benefits. Additional Play Card time is based on your Pass selection: Bronze Summer Passes allow for a weekly add-on of 30 Minutes; Silver Summer Pass allows for a weekly add-on of 60 Minutes and Gold Summer Pass allows for a weekly add-on of 120 Minutes.

If you purchased a Pass within the Mobile App by logging in through Facebook, you will need to log-in to the Mobile App using your Facebook log-in.

Yes, to use multiple gift cards for your payment, you must purchase the Pass through our website. Multiple gift cards are not accepted through the Mobile App.

Birthday Parties

COVID-19 Birthday Procedures/Changes

If your local Chuck E. Cheese location is open for dine-in, we are hosting reserved birthday parties based on local/state capacities. We have two new party at home offerings, click here for details

The party capacity will vary based on local regulations and restaurant capacities. Our online booking system will not allow you to book a party that exceed specific store location capacity- you will receive an error message.

The Birthday child will feel like a STAR on their special day. The birthday experience will include pizza, games, and Birthday Star recognition. The Party Server will lead the party group with a special birthday song. Our game room will have social distancing guidelines in place. Visit Health & Safety for more details.

We have modified a few of our birthday party elements to create a fun, safe experience for all!

Chuck E. Appearance: Chuck E. is currently in the recording studio working on a new album and won’t be able to stop by your party at this time. He will be back soon! The Party Server will lead the Birthday Show. Chuck E. will appear virtually on video monitors in the showroom through Chuck E. songs and skit.

Ticket Blaster: The Ticket Blaster is available for the Birthday Star. Birthday parent will be asked if they would like their child to participate.

Each reserved birthday party has a dedicated Party Server. Our Party Servers are following the below safety measures:

• Party Servers must always wear a face covering or mask.

• Gloves will always be worn and changed every 30 minutes and between tasks.

• Prior to the birthday party starting, Party Servers will discuss other details/requests with the Birthday Parent.

Before Eating: We have built time into the birthday party schedule to give kids an opportunity to wash their hands prior to sitting down to eat.

Pizza Time: The Birthday Parent will decide if they would like the Party Server to serve the pizza or if another method is preferred.

Drinks: Drinks will be initially filled with a pitcher, and refills will be handled by the Party Server.

Cake Time: The Birthday Star will still get to blow out the candles during the birthday song, but we will take new precautions! The Party Server will slice a single piece of cake and light a candle just for them. The rest of the cake will be served afterwards. You can always discuss excluding this tradition with your Party Server or bring cupcakes instead.

Presents: The Birthday Parent will decide if they would like to open/not-open presents during the party time.

At this time, we have a few options for your $50 deposit if you have to cancel your party.

• You are able to transfer your party deposit to a new reservation.

• You can use the deposit for one our to-go Party Pack offerings to celebrate at home!

• We can transfer the deposit to a gift card (gift cards do not expire) All these options will be discussed with you from one our awesome Party Coordinators at your reserved party location. 

We have four different party packages for all price points! Please note, package prices are not guaranteed and will vary based on location, date and time selected. Package prices are subject to change daily and are only guaranteed after your party has been booked.

At Chuck E. Cheese we welcome everyone at any age! Age limits for a party package? Never! Also, you can always include adults as a paid Guests if they want to join in on the games.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but the party times are set schedules and cannot be altered. The time(s) option(s) provided are the only times available on the day you selected. The good news is that you are more than welcome to arrive earlier at the day of your party and let the children play before your event starts. However, your table and host/hostess will only be prepared for you at the scheduled time of your reservation. If you need a later time, you could also check the availability of a different location or date.

We accept birthday reservations 90 days in advance, and you can book a birthday party reservation up to a 24 hours prior to the party.

Upon booking a birthday party, our 4-child minimum policy will be in effect for all parties. Child minimums vary per location and are noted in the reservation site prior to booking. Changes to the reservation must be made prior to the day of the reserved party to avoid penalty. Our policy allows for per-child fees to be waived for up to 2 no-shows on the day of your party. Any additional children not in attendance will be subject to per child cost for any changes made on the day of your party.

You can make changes to your reservation easily on our website! All you need is your confirmation number OR email address and reservation date to make any updates/changes to your party reservation. Please note that date and time changes are subject to availability. And don’t forget: cancel any other previous reservations to avoid extra charges.

More birthday stars, double the fun! Our parties are able to accommodate more than one birthday child in the same birthday party for an additional fee. You will be charged the regular Party Package price plus $4.99 for the additional birthday child. You will see will be able to add the additional birthday star during the online booking process.

All our birthday party packages are for all ages! Birthday Stars will enjoy any of our four different party packages that are available at all our Chuck E. Cheese locations.

The Mega Super Star and Ultimate Super Star Package include All You Can Play games for the duration of the party time. Birthday Star and party guests will be able to unlimited amount of games only during the party time.

The fun never stops at Chuck E. Cheese’s and this is why we offer unlimited time at your reserved table if you host your party from Monday-Thursday. But from Friday – Sunday we can only reserve your table for two hours. Your party can always stay and play games anytime after your event, but unfortunately seating is not guaranteed.

You can always personalize your party celebrations at Chuck E. Cheese! You’re free to bring your own birthday cake, favorite ice cream, and your own table decorations.

From delicious and fun food to the best in entertainment, we always strive to bring you everything you need to make your party a success. Unfortunately, there are some items that are not allowed to a party in our locations like outside food (other than cake or ice cream) piñatas, cups, or outside entertainment.

Along with all the super-cool items listed in the party package you choose, we will decorate your table with our fun Chuck E. Cheese’s cups, pizza plates, and birthday plates. And of course, we will also provide forks, napkins, and utensils so you can focus only on the fun.

Our goody bags are full of a variety of Chuck E. themed toys that were specifically selected to please and excite kids of all ages.

The color/style of the balloons you will receive is based on availability in each location, so we cannot guarantee any particular color/style.

We sell delicious birthday cakes that kids love, and one less thing for you to bring to the party. We offer chocolate and vanilla cakes in two sizes. The 8″ round cake serves approximately 12 guests and the 1/4 sheet-size cake serves approximately 18-20 guests. We have an option to customizes the cakes with our Edible Image (r) selection. You can see our full cake selection when you book a party online.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.

You bet! We love ice cream! We have a few ice cream options (options vary by location).

We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your party total on the day of the party. Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time. If you need to cancel, your reservation the non-refundable deposit can be used towards a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled. The billing descriptor you will see on your credit/bank statement will be portrayed as “CHUCK E CHEESE DEPOSIT”

Yes, once the total deposit is paid, the non-refundable $50 will be applied toward your total bill at the end of the party. Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time. If you need to cancel, your reservation the non-refundable deposit can be used towards a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.

Once the deposit is made it is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation the deposit can be used towards a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled. Please note our policy has changed for a limited time during COVID-19- please refer to COIVD FAQ.

Due to the high demand of our reserved parties and scheduling purposes, we must receive the deposit from you on-time or the reservation will be cancelled.

The only payment we accept prior to the date of the reserved party is the deposit. If you wish to pay with Chuck E. Cheese gift cards, please review the terms and conditions on the card. Neither gift cards purchased at retail stores, nor bonus cards can be used as a form of payment for birthday parties or group events.

Once you book your party online, the restaurant will be notified to issue your free play points on the day of the party.

At Chuck E. Cheese, we want to make it easy for you! We offer free online invitations powered by Punchbowl through our website. We have fun Chuck E. Cheese themed invitations that are customizable. You can send to your party guests via email or now by text message!

Group Events

The group package is for group events with 6 or more kids (i.e., schools, daycares, churches, youth sports teams, scouts) that want to reserve tables during the week, any time from Monday-Friday. Book your event here!

All group events come with unlimited games for the amount of time purchased, pizza, soft drinks and goody bags for each child.

Fundraising

Non-profit public or private preschools or elementary schools with 75 or more students enrolled, and non-profit organizations benefitting children’s causes with over 75 members, are eligible to hold Fundraisers at Chuck E. Cheese. Up to 20% of the sales from your event will be returned to your organization. Only authorized personnel and representatives can officially book events. Only one event per month may be held per school or organization.

 Fundraisers are held Monday – Friday, 3-9pm and must be booked 21 days in advance.

We will provide you with a link to access our promotional fundraising materials after you have reserved your event.  In order to notify your students, family and friends about the event, we suggest at least a 7 day notice to book.

When you receive your confirmation email, you will have access to online tools to promote your fundraiser.

The check will be made out and sent directly to the school, with attention to the fundraising contact person. Please let the school know that the donation check will come to your attention. You should expect your check in about 14 business days after your event.

Yes, we only allow one fundraising event per month, per school or organization.

Of course! You can call up until 21 days before the event.

Yes, you have up until 72 hours to call and make that change. The time must be between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Yes, as required by IRS Rules and Regulations, we require a Form W-9 from private schools.

Note, however, that we do not require a Form W-9 from Public schools and School Districts as the IRS generally treats public schools and their districts as government instrumentalities or agencies thereof.

Not Applicable to Non-Profit Fundraising

The Form W-9 must contain the following information:

  • The precise name of your organization. This is important because we can only make the check payable to the entity identified on the Form W-9.
  • Check the appropriate box indicating the organization’s entity type (e.g., corporation, limited liability company, partnership, etc).
  • Indicate the appropriate “Exempt Payee Code” for your organization (see Form W-9’s instructions for a list of codes and definitions). For example, a Section 501(c)(3) organization would indicate “1” as its Exempt Payee Code. Note: Section 501(c)(3) organizations fall within the types of entities exempted from federal income taxation under Section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Complete the section for your organization’s address.
  • PART I: Provide the organization’s Taxpayer Identification Number (e.g., its employer identification number).
  •  PART II: Signature

We will not deliver a donation check to your organization until we receive a signed Form W-9. A copy of a Form W-9 was included in the confirmation email sent to you when you registered for the event and can also be found at http://www.irs.gov.

Unfortunately, no. Since most, if not all, of our guests are coming to Chuck E. Cheese’s to enjoy a special once-in-a-lifetime family moment, we ask that you respect their privacy and allow them to enjoy their visit free of distraction. Furthermore, we provide you with timely and ample materials to adequately conduct your recruiting prior to the date of the scheduled event.

Yes, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled event, at any time, if we determine that an organization fails to comply with our fundraising rules.

About Our Pizza

Simply put, making dough from scratch with traditional methods makes for a more flavorful and authentic pizza crust! Every pizza hand-crafted by our “sauce bosses,” made-to-order and is cut by hand, fresh out of the oven.

The fan favorite is: (drumroll please…) Pepperoni! But the classic cheese comes in as a close second place.

Besides sourcing our tomatoes from 100 percent vine ripened California tomatoes, we perfectly season our sauce with spices and herbs like oregano, basil, garlic black pepper and onions.

Absolutely! Once you have finished, ask one of our cast members who can box up your leftovers in a to-go box. We will be surprised if the pizza makes it home without any more nibbles!

Yes, we offer an individual size gluten-free pizza. Our Smart Flour™ crust, sauce, cheese and toppings are gluten-free. However, you need to know that this pizza is prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee it will be completely free of gluten.

No preservatives are used on our fresh vegetables. Our jalapeños are preserved with sodium benzoate and calcium chloride. Our sliced green olives and pepperoncinis contain sodium metabisulfate and/or calcium chloride to preserve flavor.

If you have a severe food allergy, please review our allergen information concerning our menu items. We believe our offerings accommodate most food allergies. However, if you cannot find a menu item which accommodates your allergy, please contact your favorite local Chuck E. The size of an international Chuck E. Cheese’s varies by market, location type and real estate availability, but typically range from 1,000 M2 to 1,400 M2 and has 55-85 arcade style games.

Chuck E. Cheese has a monthly royalty rate of 5% sales and a monthly marketing and entertainment contribution of 0.75% of sales.

Minimum liquidity of $1.5 million and a net worth of $2.5 million to be dedicated to the Chuck E. Cheese investment.

 We offer 3 investment options: 

  1.        Opening 1-5 stores would require a minimum of $2.5-$3.5 million USD net worth and $1.5-2.5 million liquidity
  2.        Opening 5 to 15 stores would require a minimum of $4.5- $ 7 million USD net worth and $3.5 million- $5.5 million liquidity USD
  3.        Opening 15 to 25 stores would require a minimum of $7 million- $12 million USD in net worth and $5.5 million USD to $9 million liquidity USD
