What will you use / do with my information that I provide?
We use e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information to contact guests who communicate with us, such as receiving our Chuck E-Club newsletters. Every e-mail sent in this manner will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe from future mailings and change the information that is contained in that individual's profile.

Do I have to refer friends in order to register for the Club?
No, we simply provide you a way to invite your friends and family to share the savings from Chuck E. Cheese's. The names you provide do not get added to the Club automatically. Each person you invite has the option to join the Club or simply delete the invitation.
Why do I receive an e-mail from Chuck E. Cheese's asking me to confirm my subscription?
Chuck E. Cheese's is committed to protecting the integrity of the Chuck E-Club registration process. You will receive an e-mail confirming you have given us consent to send our newsletter to you in order to remain Anti-Spam compliant. After you have confirmed your subscription, you will be added to the Club and are free to change your preferences or opt-out at anytime.
Why is my one-time special offer not pulling up?
Your first time offer is only valid one-time to print out. After you access this offer, the link will not be accessible within your account. To keep this as a special discount for our new members, we set limits for this special coupon.
Why am I not receiving any emails from you after signing up?
As companies seek to regulate the amount of junk and spam e-mail within your inbox, domain providers and companies are increasing the sensitivity level of incoming mail. To help ensure deliverability, please add cecmail@cecmail.cecentertainment.com to your email contacts list so that the email does not get delivered to your bulk email or spam folder.
Does it cost anything to join the Chuck E-Club?
The Chuck E-Club membership is absolutely free. The only thing we ask is a few minutes of your time to register your e-mail address. The Club is our way of thanking you as our loyal Chuck E. Cheese's guest.
How can I edit my Chuck E-Club profile?
Click update your personal profile on the register for coupons page to change your personal information and update preferences. All e-mails you receive give you the option to update your preferences and personal information, as well as opt-out of the Chuck E-Club.
What if I don't see any offers for my family size?
Chuck E. Cheese's is committed in providing our special Chuck E-Club members quality content. We continually update, change, and test new offers for our members. We encourage feedback on future offers. Please e-mail us and we will do our best to address your needs.
How come I never received anything for my birthday?
You may have entered your birthday information incorrectly when you joined the Chuck E-Club. Please check your profile to make sure this information is correct.
How do I unsubscribe from Chuck E-Club e-mails?
You can unsubscribe on our Chuck E-Club webpage or through all newsletters you receive from us. Click Unsubscribe on the Register for Coupons page or click opt-out within an e-mail.
What happens to my e-mail address when I unsubscribe or opt-out of the Club?
Your personal information and e-mail address are completely deleted from our records and you will no longer receive Chuck E-Club newsletters.
